The first TLENODAJNIA (oxygen parlour) in Poland was opened in the SFERA Shopping Center. It is a place where you can breathe in clean air, thanks to carefully selected plants with air-filtering properties. The originator of TLENODAJNIA is the ARKA Ecological Foundation, and the SofiFlora florist was responsible for selecting plants and arranging the room.
In winter, air pollution standards in Bielsko-Biała are often exceeded. This applies especially to the harmful suspended dusts PM10 and PM2.5, benzopyrene and ozone. On days when smog is particularly affecting the environment, we protect ourselves by staying indoors, wanting to breathe clean air - is it at all possible, when as much as 50% of harmful substances gets inside into our homes and offices?
A smog-free place is the newly established TLENODAJNIA in the SFERA Shopping Center. There are plant species specially selected by the SofiFlora florist, which are famous for their air-purifying properties, including: fern, ivy, peace lily and moss. A special place was created where you can breathe in clean air, relax surrounded by greenery, work, read a book or take a rest during your shopping time.
The originator of TLENODAJNIA is the Bielsko-based Ecological Foundation ARKA, which organises ecological workshops here called "Green Thursdays". During the meetings, children learn what smog is, how it is formed and how to protect against it.
In TLENODAJNIA, a professional air quality measurement was performed, confirming the high air quality of the place - category IDA 1 (as per the classification of indoor areas depending on the level of CO2 according to PN-EN 13779: 2008 standard).
TLENODAJNIA is situated on the 1st floor of Gallery I in the coworking zone. It is open to everyone during the gallery's opening hours.
